1. INTRODUCTION
This information is related to an autonomous account registration at https://s2o.(dominio).(it) (Site) own and controlled by M.I.D.A. Informatica Srl, based in Via Casalino 27, 24121 Bergamo (BG), Italia, Vat Number: IT02758170167 (MIDA). This user registration allows, subsequently to a MIDA authorization, the access to several services with a single sign on credential (Username/Password).
The information that the user will decide to share through the Site, will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy along with the personal data provided by the user upon registration to the service provided by MIDA through the Site (Service).
To provide the Service, we collect some information about our users. The information collected is the information needed to provide the Service. The controller of personal data, as identified in art.4, undertakes to protect users' data.
This policy contains a description of the types of data that will be collected, the purposes for which such data will be processed, the entities to whom they may be communicated and provides further information useful to enable Users to give their informed consent to the processing of their personal data.
This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Working Group for the Protection of Personal Data - Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union and also represents information to interested parties pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR European Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions.
This Privacy Policy may be regularly updated and amended. It is therefore advisable to check regularly the appropriate section of the Site to verify the introduction of any changes.
2. COLLECTING INFORMATION AND CLOSING THE ACCOUNT
2.1 Registration
In the registration process for opening an account, data such as an alias, an email address, a username may be required. The User is requested not to communicate to MIDA or other Users, confidential or confidential information of a strictly personal nature or which may in any way cause danger or harm to itself or to third parties and indemnifies MIDA and the data controller from any liability in this regard.
2.2 Use of the Service
During the use of the Service, some information will be collected such as: (i) the data related to its interactions with the Service (historical log of the activities carried out); (ii) information on cookies as specified in point 2.3 below;
2.3 Cookies

The Service Manager may decide to close your MIDA account at any time. In the event of your account being closed for any reason, your personal data will be deleted on request.
3. USE OF INFORMATION (PURPOSE AND MODE OF PROCESSING)
The data collected by MIDA are processed for the following purposes:
• to offer the Service, to ensure its optimal operation
• allow access to other services provided by MIDA. The service allows a preliminary registration for the definition of further controlled accesses to other MIDA sites.
• communicating with users in relation to the provision of the Service
• to ensure that the terms of use of the Service and the MIDA Privacy Policy are respected.
It should be noted in particular that:
a. Your personal data may be processed to satisfy your requests for services, to communicate with you on your account, to support your activities in relation to the Service and to answer your questions. When using the Service, MIDA can identify you with your alias or username that you will communicate when you register.
b. MIDA does not disclose its data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data will be mainly processed with electronic or automated tools.

5. COMMUNICATION AND SCOPE OF THE DATA
Your personal data may be communicated:
• To the entities appointed by the Data Controller to carry out the activities related to the provision of the Service and its technical and evolutionary maintenance;
• To persons, companies that provide assistance and advice to the Data Controller, in relation to the Site and MIDA.
Your personal data, collected in the context of the use of the Service, will not be distributed.
6. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
7. SHARING OF INFORMATION
The personal data collected may also be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our company in whole or in part.
8. STORAGE AND STORAGE

11. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
MIDA may modify this privacy policy. The use of the information we collect is subject to the privacy policy in force at the time when this information is used. The use of the Service by users, after any changes to the privacy, constitutes acceptance of the same.
